Vincent Thomas Donnelly, 69, of The Villages, FL passed away on August 4, 2022.  He was the beloved husband of Maureen Donnelly and son of the late Vincent and Doris Donnelly.

Vince joined PMA Companies in Blue Bell in 1992 as Chief Actuary, rose to President in 1997, and later became President and CEO in 2003 before assuming the Executive Chairman role in 2019.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, John and Matthew Donnelly; stepson, Matthew Ruth; sister-in-law, Virginia Donnelly; niece, Amanda Oberst (Aaron); nephews, Daniel Donnelly (Amber) and Jason Donnelly (Kate); great nephews, Sam Oberst, Troy Donnelly, Benjamin Donnelly, Nathan Donnelly, and Harrison Donnelly; and great nieces, Lily Oberst and Mia Donnelly.  In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Daniel Donnelly.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Vince's funeral Mass on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 11:00am at St. Helena Church, 1489 Dekalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422.  A viewing will precede Mass from 9:30am to 10:50am at church.  A viewing will also be held on Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Ciavarelli Funeral Home,  951 E. Butler Pike, Ambler, PA 19002. The Mass will be live streamed at https://www.sainthelena- centersquare.net/livestream/ . A Celebration of Life service will be held in The Villages in October.
