Vestilla Mae "Tillie" (Kister) Murray of Sellersville passed away peacefully on December 25, 2025 at Hidden Meadows on the Ridge.  She was 99 years old. Born in Chalfont, she was the daughter of the late George Christian and Vestilla Deaterly (Stever) Kister.  She was also the beloved wife of the late Lawrence J. Murray who died in 2003.

Prior to retirement, she was employed by the former Sapphire Hosiery in Telford. She then worked for the former U.S. Gauge/Ametek in Sellersville. She was a lifelong member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Hilltown, where, in her younger years, she was a Sunday School teacher and sang in the church choir.

She is survived by her sister, Esther (Kister) Saylor of Sellersville, PA; nieces Barbara (Meier) Weeks (husband Merle) of Mount Holly Springs, PA; Martha (Meier) Weaver (husband Ryan) of Clearwater, FL; and Theresa Rowan-Werner of Daytona, FL. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Anna (Kister) Meier.
