Rosalie Joan Devlin, of Douglassville, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on ­­­­­February 20, 2024. She was 92 years old. Born in West Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Roma Schukraft. She was preceded in passing by her sister, Gloria P. Mitchell, her beloved husband of 69 years, Raymond G. Devlin, and their grandson, Shay J. Devlin.

Joan worked as a production planner in a manufacturing corporation, and in administrative support rolls with Prudential Insurance. As a caring mom and wife she supported her family and community in scouts, girls dance, parent – teacher activities, fundraisers, leadership positions with community committees, and leadership roles in the Marine Corps League Auxiliary.

She is survived by her four children, William J. Devlin (Patricia) of Aledo, TX, Thomas R. Devlin (Rebecca) of Freemansburg, PA, Judith A. Wonderly (James) of Milton, DE, and Kathleen J. O'Brien (John) of Douglassville, PA; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.

Following a private commemoration of her life, Joan will be interred in the Trinity Great Swamp United Church of Christ Cemetery in Spinnerstown, PA.
