Robert B. Filson of Schwenksville passed away on September 28, 2024 at Greenfield Senior Living after a long illness.  He was 69 years old.  Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late George and Anne (McCallum) Filson.

Robert worked as a lineman for PECO for more than 30 years until his retirement.  He loved food, animals, and motorcycles.  He was a man of many jokes and enjoyed making people laugh.

He will be dearly missed by his three children, Erin, Sara, and Sean Filson, all of Quakertown.  He is also survived by four brothers, Gary, Charles, Don, and Walt Filson.  In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, George and Bill Filson.

Funeral services will be private.  In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to an animal shelter of your choice.
