Robert L. "Poppie" Corwin, III of Pennsburg, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Frances (Clarke) and Robert L. Corwin, Jr., he was the beloved husband of Cynthia R. (Shires) Corwin for 27 years.

Robert was a graduate of Milton Hershey Boys School. He loved to attend the homecoming ceremonies, especially when he was able to visit Chocolate World.  Robert also proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He later worked as a tractor-trailer owner-operator for more than 35 years until his retirement. In his spare time, Robert was an avid train tinker.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his five children, Joseph, Brenda, Renee, Tara, and Robert; nineteen grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Frances and Robert Jr., he is predeceased by Lilian and many other loved ones.  Services will be private.
