Megan Kathleen (Monaghan) Beckett, of Las Vegas, NV, passed away suddenly in Costa Rica on Sunday, August 1, 2021.  She was 48 years old.  Born in Danville, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Kathleen (Conway) Monaghan.  She was also the loving wife of Jeffrey Nardiello and devoted mother of McKenna, Oliver, and Finnegan.

Megan was a 1991 graduate of North Penn Senior High School in Lansdale, PA. She received an appointment to the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs where she majored in engineering and led the women's rugby team to the national championship in 1994 and final four in 1995. After serving 10 years in the Air Force and earning her master's degree in criminology from Virginia Commonwealth University, she furthered her dreams in Quantico, VA at the FBI Academy. She went on to work as a dedicated agent for 20 years. Megan was a true American patriot committing 30 years of her life to public service and putting her life on the line to protect others.

Megan had a strong, vivacious personality that would light up a room.  She loved adventure, traveling, laughing, and a good party.  She was proud of her Irish and Philly roots and enjoyed summers down the shore with her family in Ocean City, NJ.  She loved all sports and was a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan. More than anything, she adored her three children, who were her greatest accomplishments.

In addition to her husband and children, she is survived by her two sisters, Kristin Helfrick (Darrin), of Beaufort, SC, and Bridget Monaghan Wible, Esq. (Andrew), of Springfield, PA; brother, Kevin Monaghan, of Pennsburg, PA; parents-in-law, Al and Pattie Nardiello; brothers-in-law, Terrance Nardiello (Janey) and Christopher Nardiello (Ashley); nephews, Dylan, Ethan, Gavin, Hunter, Cameron, Braden, and Keenan ; nieces, Riki and Anna; several aunts and uncles; former husband, Robert Beckett; and many cousins, colleagues, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 5pm at Faith Lutheran Middle School & High School, 2015 S.
