Obituary

Marvin Leon Keller, 91, of Green Lane, passed away on October 20, 2019 at the Pennsburg Manor. Born in Souderton to the late James and Ella (Nace) Keller, he was the beloved husband of the late Joan (Evans) Keller.
Leon proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War and worked as a supervisor for American Olean Tile Company until his retirement. He was the former Mayor of Green Lane, a lifetime member of the Green Lane Firehouse, and member of the Green Lane Borough Council.  Leon loved playing cards, especially Texas Hold'em, spending time with his dog, Misty, and listening to bluegrass music. He was also an avid Eagles fan.
Leon is survived by his son, Mark Keller, and his wife, Cheryl, of Green Lane; grandson, Josh Clevenstine, and his wife, Aubrey; and his companion, Margie Simon.  In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Laverne, Kenneth, Bernice, Erma, Edward, Esther, and Norman.
Funeral services will be private at the request of the family.  In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3104 Main Street, Sumneytown, PA 18084.
