Jo Ann Rhode of Mertztown and formerly of Hereford passed away on March 18, 2025 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest.  Born in Garrett, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Monfort and Mildred (Johnson) Pearson.

Jo Ann worked as a material handler for Mrs. T's for eight years and was a former member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Emmaus.

She is survived by her son, Eric R. Rhode of Mertztown, three sisters, Mary Ann Bruch of Allentown (Eddie), Nancy Christman of Allentown (William), and Debbie Pearson of Mertztown; and several nieces and nephews.
