Jeffrey J. Sandine, of Philadelphia, passed away suddenly as a victim of gun violence on August 8, 2019.  He was 23 years old.  Born in Philadelphia, he was the beloved son of Edna (Monaghan) Sandine and the late Jeffrey A. Sandine.

Jeffrey was a graduate of Northeast High School and was a master tradesman.  He loved cars and sports, especially the Philadelphia Eagles.  He is best known for his helpful nature giving the shirt off his back to whomever needed it.

In addition to his loving mother, he is survived by his newborn son, Liam Joseph Sandine; girlfriend, Morgan McDonald; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to Jeffrey's viewing on Friday, August 16, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 10:20 AM at St. Martin of Tours Church, 5450 E. Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19124.  A funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM.  Interment in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.  In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to Jeffrey's Tribute Fund .
