Barbara Lee Bristow, 76, of Coatesville passed away peacefully at the Pennsburg Manor on October 4, 2023 after a courageous battle with breast cancer.  Born in Qinghai, China, she was the daughter of the late John B. and Elinor L. (Latham) Bristow.

Barbara worked in accounting and enjoyed painting in her spare time.  She also loved collecting beautiful pieces of art.  She is survived by her brother, Gregory Bristow and his wife, Joan, of Green Lane; nieces, Joanne Martinoli (John) and Teresa Sullivan; nephews, Daniel Bristow and Ethan Isabell; two grand nephews, Zachary and Tyler Martinoli; and four stepsiblings, Ralph O. Williams III, Jeff Williams, Robert Williams, and Kathy Williams along with their families.  In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her sister, Kathryn Lee, and stepsister, Debora Williams.
